My training philosophy is built on three pillars: fundamentals, intensity, and mentality.
I believe the best goalkeepers aren't flashy — they master the basics at a high level. Every session is rooted in strong technical fundamentals that help athletes become more efficient, consistent, and injury-resistant. We work on things like footwork, positioning, and handling under pressure — because in real games, you're almost never standing still.
I also believe in practicing with purpose. My sessions mimic the intensity and decision-making of actual matches, so players can build habits that show up on game day — not just in training.
Lastly, I focus heavily on the goalkeeper mentality: confidence, mistake recovery, and mental toughness. I coach players how to learn fast, reset after errors, and grow into keepers who lead from the back.
My goal is to help each goalkeeper I work with reach their full potential — technically, physically, and mentally.

Training sessions typically last 60 minutes, but can be adjusted based on the client's schedule and availability.
I have a bag full of balls, cones, hurdles, resistance bands, and an agility ladder. You bring gloves, cleats/turf shoes, and water.
